Caillou is a 4-year old boy who is the main character, and main protagonist of the TV series and the books, all of the same name. He is also a convicted felon, wanted in 9 out of 10 Canadian provinces, for drug smuggling related charges.

Caillou is shown to be horny, overly-sexual, conniving and sweaty, but can get spoiled and bratty sometimes when things don't go his way. Overall, he constantly asks questions about everything and is always ready for another hit off his Juul pod, which he is known to own.

Caillou is horny and curious about the world around him and his 2 out of 3 interests are hot women and dinosaurs.
He lives in a large blue house with his father, mother, and his little sister, Rosie, and his talking dog, Brian. His uncle, Adam Sandler, lives nearby in a trailer. Later episodes show Caillou attending Alcoholics Anonymous.
