Ned Flanders is a Supporting Character in the FOX TV show The Simpsons. He is the left handed neighbor of Homer Simpson. Homer does not like him at all Ned actually wants to be friends with Homer but Homer has only been friends with him for 3 or 4 episodes in the show's run.

Ned 1st appeared in the 1st episode of the FOX show The Simpsons titled "The Simpsons roasting on an open fire". He slightly appeared in the episode getting presents for Rod and Tod and hanging up Christmas lights. He has appeared in almost all the episodes to date
